Because we value your time and ours, we like to make sure our policies are clear and state up front in order to avoid any miscommunication or issues:
Cancellation / Reschedule: We ask for at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a shoot. This gives us the opportunity to offer that slot to someone else. If a shoot is cancelled within the 24-hour window, a fee of $50 will be assessed. If we arrive at the property and are unable to shoot, either because it has been cancelled (and we were not notified) or if we are denied access to the property, a fee of $100 will be assessed.
Privacy Policy: We will never sell your information to any third party, or give it away for that matter. The only information stored is your name and contact information which is used for your personal Client Portal.
Weather Concerns: Weather can change in an instant! As long as it is not raining, the shoot will go on! If it is only overcast outside, we can still shoot the interior and exterior because we have a highly trained editing team, you’ll never be able to tell! We’ll replace the skies and brighten things up – at no additional charge! If it has been raining and we don’t think exterior shots will turn out well, we will come back out at our earliest opportunity to shoot the exterior at no cost to you.
Staging & Cleaning: We are professional real estate and architectural photographers, not stagers. It is up to you and your Client to make sure the home is in perfect shape for a shoot, so we ask that you view the home prior to the shoot in order to pass on staging tips to the seller. We are unable to provide any cleaning services. For hygiene reasons, we don’t move anything in the bathrooms, to include soap, razors, toothbrushes, etc. so those will need to be put away prior to the shoot.
Turn Around Time: All photos will be delivered within 48 hours. However, most shoots are delivered next day. For Portfolio shoots, it may take longer than 48 hours, but we will let you know ahead of time when you can expect to see your photos!
Usage Rights & License: Imagery Intelligence LLC (DBA Realty Pro Shots) retains copyright of all imagery, video and stills, that it produces. Unlike other real estate photography companies, we provide a full-use license to our clients authorizing them to utilize RPS products to aggressively market their own goods and services. You can use the photos for up to 2 years OR until the property is sold or leased, or taken off the market. At no time can you give away, or sell, the photos to anyone under any circumstance. Any third party wishing to use these photos would need to contact us for Usage Rights.
Return Shoots: We understand there are surprises sometimes – like showing up and a new light fixture isn’t up even though you were told it would be. We’ll gladly return to any property and re-shoot certain rooms for a $79 return trip fee.
